   Thanks so much for this service. I resigned a difficult job teaching yesterday and of course I am hearing satan try to make me worry about finances. This was the hymn that uplifted me today and reminded me that the darker the twilight the brighter the star shines. It’s beautiful and these pieces are such a ministry to my soul. Thanks so much for helping me start preparing my heart for devotions and the sabbath tomorrow!

   Very nice — I have never heard this before, but I love the lyrics and music especially the refrain –

   Refrain:
   Whispering hope, oh how welcome thy voice,
   Making my heart in its sorrow rejoice.

   This was mother’s favorite song, and I’m wanting to learn to play it on the piano (and sing along, of course). This is the most beautiful piano arrangement I’ve ever heard of it. Do you know who arranged it and where I can get it? Thanks!

   I improvised the piano part based on the 4-part hymn arrangement. I can do a piano arrangement, but it will take time.
